Felipe was great, went over everything they were going to do, completed the work on time, and did a great job. His foreman Alex went through step by step, even took videos while they were doing the work to show me what was done while I was at work. Very professional and honest guys. I'd give more stars if I could. My house was built in 1902 just recently like last year into this year my basement started flooding not high enough but enough to use a wet dry vac. After lengthy research I landed upon All Dry Basement Systems. Felipe came out looked at the basement. Felipe called me with a quote I accepted the work got done. The crew was AAA+.

From day 1 we were very satisfied on their approach. Our contractor Dean and his son Hunter made sure we were satisfied, and Sean the electrician added what we need. We will definitely recommend ATB to our friends and family.
After having a contractor botch our basement waterproofing job last year and then getting quotes from 8 companies all saying different things with prices all over the place, Felipe came in and immediately identified that we have a monolithic slab foundation which none of the other companies noticed. He explained what needed to be done, and unlike the salesmen from the other companies like CT Basement Systems (who never even sent a quote), Felipe clearly knew what he was talking about. His prices were also very reasonable. All Dry’s crew came in exactly when we scheduled, they wrapped up our stuff in plastic and used dust removal systems when jackhammering to protect everything from concrete dust (something the last guy didn’t do). They did everything in 3 days (it took the last guy weeks to poorly do a fraction of the work) and they cleaned up inside and out before they left. I’ll report back in a year if we have any water intrusion issues, but it’s under warranty even if we do, so I feel much better now that it’s done.
